farmer’s choice Subscription meat box
We’re excited to announce that subscription boxes are back to Northwest Land & Cattle!
This is how our business first started back in 2019, and after a few years away, it feels good to bring this highly requested option back to our customers.
The new subscription is a Farmer’s Choice Box, which means you’ll let the farmer choose what goes in, with the option to tell us anything you absolutely don’t want. Each box includes a rotating variety of cuts from our pasture-raised beef and pork.

Here’s how it works:
Each box is $185 and always includes $200 worth of meat
Subscriptions are available monthly or every other month
Boxes are meat only and do not include items from the Pack House
One featured cut in every box will include a recipe to help you cook it
Customization matters to us.
After you sign up, you’ll receive a text from our team where you can let us know if there are items you’d prefer not to receive, such as spicy products, casings, or fattier cuts. We always do our best to honor requests, though some items like bacon may be limited depending on availability. Premium steaks like (filet mignon, New York strips, ribeyes) are not included, but can be added for an additional price.
If you request larger cuts like roasts or crock pot meats, your box will include fewer total items due to size and weight, but the value will always remain $200.

2 packs of 7oz. beef burger patties
1 pack of beef breakfast patties
1 sirloin tip roast
2 packs of sweet Italian pork sausage
2 packs of breakfast pork sausage links
1 pack of breakfast pork sausage patties
1 fresh ham
1 pack of pork chops
1 pack of pork coppa
1 pack of pork jowls

Shipping available
If you select farm pick up, you must pick up your box during normal business hours. If select local delivery, we will reach out to coordinate a day and time. If you want to pick up at our storefront, enter your shipping address under the “Delivery” tab at checkout. Then select “Free Pack House Pick Up.”
Boxes will be ready no later than the 10th of each month.
WINTER HOURS:
• Thursday and Friday: 12PM–6PM
• Saturday: 9AM–3PM
Spots are limited, and this is the first time we’ve offered this subscription in a while. We truly appreciate the trust you place in us to select your family’s meat, and our goal is always to make sure you’re happy with what you receive.
