This London broil is so tender and perfect for a weekend dinner!
I season and sear it in a cast iron skillet and then throw it in the oven with our bone broth as a liquid ( enough liquid to cover bottom half of meat)
keep check the internal temperature and I take mine out at med-rare then I slice and serve with horseradish!
